No spec ideas in this LEED recognized and EnergyStar certified development. The neighborhood boasts a community structure and play area surrounded by four acres of naturally preserved green space. In addition to naming the community, our team contributed the logo and signage!

Working with Dana Foster (Word & Pictures) and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, our team conceptualized, programmed, designed and executed a comprehensive wayfinding system to identify the City’s municipal buildings. We created symbols to identify municipal buildings, metro terminals and accessible entries. Check it out here!

Sonic’s 20/20 Vision Center

Sonic's recently rebranded 20/20 Vision Center needed some new "bling" to identify the space within their headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK. We naturally radiated towards an old-fashioned eye chart to drive the concept. Clean type and impactful color contrast the interior and direct the focus of the visitors directly onto this fun sign.

We just finished the new logotype and development signage for Urban North, a modern-living community developed by Luke Owen and Owen Homes in Kansas City, Missouri. Annex2 Lobby

Last weekend our team in LA installed the new vinyl wall graphics in Farmers Insurance Group's Annex2 main entry lobby. The vinyl adds a subtle "highlight" to the otherwise satin wall finish. The words and writings originate from Farmer's internal messaging campaign and the type style reflects the new corporate branding standards.

Built on the WordPress CMS, we integrated custom MLS search features for all of their property listings in a responsive new design. The site combines residential and commercial properties for sale and for lease.

New interior and exterior signs are up and showing strong at Basehor Community Library! The library approached us and asked for our help with this "QUARANTEEN ZONE" sign inspired by the Walking Dead. The teens LOVED the look and especially the chain link fence! Young Sign Co. knocked this one out of the park!

While working with RMTA, our group was approached by Sprint and asked to design the Retail Merchandising Group's retail prototyping archive. A publication that would detail and catalog the birth and progression of the Sprint Retail Experience. We jumped at the idea and in the end, used Curious Touch papers for the first time! Woot!
